fix(themes): default light secondary indigo→teal for visible gradients

Light-mode `secondary` was `blue` (hue ~260, almost identical to the
`indigo` primary at hue ~277). Result: every primary→secondary
gradient in light mode read as a flat solid colour — Pro pricing tier
border, "Most popular" badge, Pro CTA, hero highlight (when not in
forced-dark sections), stats numbers, comparison-table accents all
lost their gradient direction.
Switch light secondary to `teal` (hue ~182). Dark mode already used
teal, so this unifies the brand pairing across modes. Visible gradient
direction restored everywhere primary→secondary is used.
No block changes needed — the fix lives in the theme palette where
similar brand decisions belong, not as workarounds in individual
blocks.

refactor(blox): namespace vertical-locked blocks; generalise focus-areas
...
- research-areas → focus-areas (general scope: services, programs,
research themes, expertise). Metric fields refactored from hardcoded
team_size/publications/funding into a generic
`metrics: [{icon, value, label}]` array; legacy fields kept as a
backcompat fallback so existing content renders identically.
- knowledge-categories → help-categories
- trending-questions → help-questions
The `help-` prefix matches public-facing help-center conventions and mirrors the existing `resume-` namespace
pattern for vertical-locked blocks. Aliases in
data/blox_aliases.yaml preserve backwards compatibility -
templates keep working without content edits.

feat(hugo): replace deprecated APIs for Hugo v0.156+ compatibility

Migrate site.Data → hugo.Data (42 occurrences), site.IsMultiLingual →
hugo.IsMultilingual, and site.AllPages → hugo.Sites nested range.
Simplify Netlify redirects template to use pre-processed aliases
instead of relLangURL per gohugoio/hugo#14408 .

Also, refactor icon resolution to avoid duplicated logic:
get_icon_svg.html New shared core — alias resolution, pack lookup, hb fallback, user assets, hugo fallback. Returns raw SVG string.
get_icon.html Thin wrapper — emoji handling, calls get_icon_svg, Unicode emoji fallback for bare names, attribute injection, safeHTML return.
get_icon_data.html Thin wrapper — one-liner delegating to get_icon_svg.

BREAKING CHANGE
Module paths moved to `github.com/HugoBlox/kit` with new names:
- core `blox-tailwind` → `blox`
- analytics → `analytics`
- netlify → `integrations/netlify`
- slides (reveal) → `slides`
Update go.mod, module.yaml/params, scripts, tests, and v0.11 migration guide accordingly.
