Subject: [PATCH] docs(aliases): add zclaude PowerShell function for Z.ai API

Replace bash aliases with Windows PowerShell functions, adding
zclaude as the primary command for launching Claude via Z.ai
with GLM-5 model and custom API endpoint configuration.
