refactor(utils): remove deprecated color and error functions from helpers.ts

- remove getColors(), colors, colored(), getTerminalInfo()

- keep error(), expandPath(), levenshteinDistance(), findSimilarStrings()

- reduce file from 155 to 92 lines (-63 lines)
