- Route all `ccs cursor *` to handleCursorCommand (no profile-switching)
- Add --ccs-daemon marker to spawned process for stable PID validation
- Use random port in lifecycle integration test to prevent CI conflicts
- Remove unnecessary .toFixed(1) on integer tokenAge
