Add a shared resource-heading-tabs scroller with overflow chevrons,
wire it into resource/server navbars, keep links menus outside overflow,
and default new git apps to Railpack instead of Nixpacks.
GitlabAppPolicy previously allowed any authenticated user to update,
delete, and create GitLab sources. Align it with GithubAppPolicy, require
Application create authorization on the private-repo wizard, and reject
OAuth callbacks from non-admins so members cannot escalate privileges.
Adds self-hosted GitLab OAuth sources so Coolify can connect to a self-managed GitLab instance, list private repositories, clone over an OAuth token, and deploy (the GitLab counterpart to GitHub Apps).
Hardening: authenticated, one-time team-bound OAuth callback state; token redaction in deploy logs; custom host port/path kept in clone and ls-remote URLs; submodule OAuth auth; system-wide source selection. Covered by unit and feature tests.

Use the shared GitHub app scope when listing and loading private apps so system-wide apps owned by another team remain available. Update coverage for mounting and loading repositories through those apps.
Use find_destination_for_current_team helper across resource creation
flows and the destination controller. Pass full destination objects to
database creation helpers instead of UUIDs so team relationships are
resolved consistently before the resource is created or linked.
Add feature tests covering destination, backup storage, and resource
proof lookups across teams.
Change default build_pack from railpack back to nixpacks in all new
application flows (GithubPrivateRepository, GithubPrivateRepositoryDeployKey,
PublicGitRepository) and reorder the build pack dropdown so Nixpacks
appears before Railpack across all relevant views.
Add feature tests covering the nixpacks default and selector ordering.
Parse `/tree/...` URLs by first capturing the full branch candidate, then
iteratively resolving valid branch names for GitHub API lookups and deriving
the remaining path as base directory. Also adjust env var editor/input view
classes (`font-sans`, `w-full`) and add/extend feature tests for both branch
parsing and multiline toggle rendering.
Replace all uses of `forceFill`, `forceCreate`, and `forceFill` with their
non-force equivalents across models, actions, controllers, and Livewire
components. Add explicit `$fillable` arrays to all affected Eloquent models
to enforce mass assignment protection.
Add ModelFillableCreationTest and ModelFillableRegressionTest to verify that
model creation respects fillable constraints and prevent regressions.
Clear `branches` and `total_branches_count` in `loadRepositories` to avoid stale branch data after repo refreshes. Update the Livewire view to use the shared loading button pattern for refresh/load actions, and expand feature coverage for repository refresh behavior and refresh button visibility.
Replace create() with forceCreate() across internal model creation operations to bypass mass assignment protection. This is appropriate for internal code that constructs complete model state without user input.
Add InternalModelCreationMassAssignmentTest to ensure internal model creation behavior is properly tested. Optimize imports by using shortened Livewire attribute references and removing unused imports.
Use firstOrFail() for team-scoped project and environment lookups across
new-project Livewire flows so missing or cross-team UUIDs fail closed.
Also dispatch an error when boarding selects a non-owned project, and
update IDOR feature tests for the new error/exception behavior.
Ensure Server and Project lookups in Livewire components and API
controllers use team-scoped queries (ownedByCurrentTeam / whereTeamId)
instead of unscoped find/where calls. This enforces consistent
multi-tenant isolation across all user-facing code paths.

Extract build_railpack_static_image() into its own method, prevent port
override when is_static is set, bump Railpack to 0.22.0, and improve
test setup with beforeEach and correct polymorphic env var fields.
- Add -i flag to explicitly specify ssh key path in git ls-remote operations
- Remove static $rules properties in favor of dynamic rules() method
- Fix test syntax error
- Add comment field to EnvironmentVariable model and database
- Update parseEnvFormatToArray to extract inline comments from env files
- Update Livewire components to handle comment field
- Add UI for displaying and editing comments
- Add tests for comment parsing functionality
Allow users to select PostgreSQL version instead of automatically creating postgres:16-alpine when using global search. The fix includes:
- Remove hardcoded database_image parameter from GlobalSearch
- Update Create.php to fall through to Select component when database_image is not provided
- Add type and destination to Select component query string with proper URL mapping
- Jump directly to PostgreSQL version selection step when navigating from global search

Add sortBranchesByPriority() helper to sort branches with priority:
main first, master second, then alphabetically. This improves UX
by pre-selecting the most commonly used default branches.
Change wire:model.blur to wire:model.defer to prevent backend requests
during form navigation. Add Alpine.js path normalization functions that
run on blur, fixing tab focus issues while keeping path validation
purely on the frontend.

Refactors the Appwrite and Beszel service-specific application settings
to use a centralized constant-based approach, following the same pattern
as NEEDS_TO_CONNECT_TO_PREDEFINED_NETWORK.
Changes:
- Added NEEDS_TO_DISABLE_GZIP constant for services requiring gzip disabled
- Added NEEDS_TO_DISABLE_STRIPPREFIX constant for services requiring stripprefix disabled
- Created applyServiceApplicationPrerequisites() helper function in bootstrap/helpers/services.php
- Updated all service creation flows to use the centralized helper:
* app/Livewire/Project/Resource/Create.php (web handler)
* app/Http/Controllers/Api/ServicesController.php (API handler - BUG FIX)
* app/Livewire/Project/New/DockerCompose.php (custom compose handler)
* app/Http/Controllers/Api/ApplicationsController.php (API custom compose handler)
- Added comprehensive unit tests for the new helper function
Benefits:
- Single source of truth for service prerequisites
- DRY - eliminates code duplication between web and API handlers
- Fixes bug where API-created services didn't get prerequisites applied
- Easy to extend for future services (just edit the constant)
- More maintainable and testable

This commit improves the visual presentation of service, application, and database logos on the new resource selection page:
- Remove grayscale filter: Logos now display in their original colors by default instead of being greyed out
- Dark mode support for SVGs: Updated SVG logos to use `fill="currentColor"` and added `text-black dark:text-white` wrapper for proper light/dark theme adaptation
- Consistent aspect ratios: Removed `aspect-square` and added `object-contain` to preserve original logo proportions
- Uniform sizing: Implemented fixed-size container (4.5rem × 4.5rem) with centered logo positioning to ensure all logos appear at consistent sizes regardless of intrinsic dimensions
- Improved mobile UX: Adjusted sticky search bar positioning from `top-10` to `top-20` to prevent navbar overlap

This commit addresses a critical security issue where malicious Docker Compose
data was being saved to the database before validation occurred.
Problem:
- Service models were saved to database first
- Validation ran afterwards during parse()
- Malicious data persisted even when validation failed
- User saw error but damage was already done
Solution:
1. Created validateDockerComposeForInjection() to validate YAML before save
2. Added pre-save validation to all Service creation/update points:
- Livewire: DockerCompose.php, StackForm.php
- API: ServicesController.php (create, update, one-click)
3. Validates service names and volume paths (string + array formats)
4. Blocks shell metacharacters: backticks, $(), |, ;, &, >, <, newlines
Security fixes:
- Volume source paths (string format) - validated before save
- Volume source paths (array format) - validated before save
- Service names - validated before save
- Environment variable patterns - safe ${VAR} allowed, ${VAR:-$(cmd)} blocked
Testing:
- 60 security tests pass (176 assertions)
- PreSaveValidationTest.php: 15 tests for pre-save validation
- ValidateShellSafePathTest.php: 15 tests for core validation
- VolumeSecurityTest.php: 15 tests for volume parsing
- ServiceNameSecurityTest.php: 15 tests for service names

- Replace manual regex parsing with DockerImageParser in ApplicationsController
- Fix double-decoration bug where image names like nginx@sha256:hash would
become nginx:hash@sha256 causing malformed references
- Add auto-parse feature in Livewire DockerImage component
- Users can now paste complete references like nginx:stable@sha256:abc123...
and fields auto-populate
- Update UI placeholder with examples: nginx, docker.io/nginx:latest,
ghcr.io/user/app:v1.2.3, nginx:stable@sha256:abc123...
- Add comprehensive unit tests for auto-parse functionality
- All tests passing (20 tests, 73 assertions)

The code was computing $imageTag with the 'sha256-' prefix for digest-based
images but then using $parser->getTag() directly when creating the Application,
which bypassed the prefix logic entirely.
This fix ensures that digest-based Docker images preserve their 'sha256-' prefix
by using the computed $imageTag variable instead of calling $parser->getTag()
directly.
