Andras Bacsai 5842d77b81 feat(volume-backups): add service backup UI and polish layouts 
Add dedicated service volume-backup Livewire pages and routes, wire
shared storage backups for services, and pass S3 trusted hosts into
MinIO resolve options. Also refine breadcrumbs, sticky sidebars,
destination/GitHub layouts, resource filters, and login recovery link.

Andras Bacsai b0f0f7d8d0 feat: harden auth flows and server mobile navigation 
Add normalized email identity rate limiting for registration and forgot-password requests, and refresh Sentinel status from restart broadcasts.

Rework server sidebars and navbar for mobile menus and active status visibility.

Andras Bacsai d892d0ad10 fix(sentinel): refresh server nav after toggles 
Dispatch server show refreshes after Sentinel and metrics toggles, preserve editable Sentinel form fields during restart events, and gate custom image editing by update permission.
