Changed MARIADB_ROOT_PASSWORD from $SERVICE_PASSWORD_MARIADB_ROOT
to $SERVICE_PASSWORD_ROOT to match Coolify's standard naming convention
for root passwords. This fixes the MariaDB initialization error.
