* feat(ui): improve kanban UX, fix dialog scroll, remove delegation page

- Kanban: reorder columns (blocked after pending), show blocked-by info
  on cards, clickable blocker links in task detail, framer-motion card
  animation between columns
- Dialogs: standardize scroll pattern across all modals — header fixed,
  scrollbar flush with outer edge via negative margin trick
- Remove delegation page, types, events, i18n, routes, and all references
- Fix activity_logs NULL jsonb scan error (COALESCE)
- Board header: show text labels on action buttons (desktop)

* docs: comprehensive audit and update of all documentation

- Update Go 1.25 → 1.26, PostgreSQL 15+ → 18 across all docs
- Add 10 missing internal modules to CLAUDE.md project structure
- Expand provider docs from 2 to 6 packages (Anthropic, OpenAI, DashScope, Claude CLI, ACP, Codex)
- Add 8 missing store interfaces to data model docs (22 total)
- Update bootstrap files from 7 to 13 templates
- Expand tool inventory from ~35 to 60+ tools with media/KG/credential categories
- Fix Team Task Board: add blocked status, 3 missing actions, V2 versioning, delegate restrictions
- Remove all references to removed features: handoff, delegate_search, evaluate_loop, agent_links
- Fix lane defaults (2/4/1 → 30/50/100/30), ghost file references, models.list → providers.models

Thieu NguyenandGitHub 8ad580521d refactor: deprecate standalone mode, managed mode is now default (#126) 
* refactor: remove managed/standalone mode distinction from codebase

Standalone mode is deprecated; managed mode is now the only mode.
Remove redundant "managed mode" qualifiers from comments, docs,
and error messages. Error strings now reference "database stores"
instead of "managed mode" for clarity.

* improve(onboard): streamline onboard process and env setup

Simplify onboard wizard, extract helpers to dedicated file,
update env example and entrypoint for default managed mode,
clean up prepare-env script, update i18n catalogs.

* feat(channels): add Slack channel via Socket Mode (#37)

Implement Slack integration using Socket Mode (xapp-/xoxb- tokens):
- Event-driven messaging via app_mention + message events
- Policy checks: open, pairing, allowlist, disabled (DM + group)
- Thread participation with configurable TTL
- Markdown-to-mrkdwn formatting pipeline
- Streaming support (edit-in-place + native ChatStreamer)
- SSRF-protected file downloads
- Debounce, dedup, reactions, group history context
- 170 unit tests (format, helpers, stream, SSRF)

Fix BaseChannel.HandleMessage allowlist to also check chatID,
enabling group allowlist with channel IDs across all channels.

Closes #37

* feat(slack): add file/media support and edit-to-mention handling

- Wire inbound file download into handleMessage (images, audio, documents)
- Add media.go with resolveMedia, classifyMime, buildMediaTags
- Extract shared ExtractDocumentContent to channels/media_utils.go (DRY with Telegram)
- Support file_share and message_changed subtypes
- Handle edit-to-mention: respond when user edits old message to add @bot
- Add MediaMaxBytes config field (default 20MB)
- Fix debounce media accumulation (was silently dropping files)
- Add 60s HTTP client timeout on file downloads
- Refactor downloadFile signature for slack.File compatibility

viettranx 47cc11bfc0 feat(metadata): add JSONB metadata to sessions, profiles, and pairing 
Persist friendly names (display_name, username, chat_title) from channel
handlers into sessions, user profiles, and pairing records. Web UI renders
metadata with graceful fallback to raw IDs.

- Add migration 000011: metadata JSONB columns on sessions,
  user_agent_profiles, pairing_requests, paired_devices
- Extend SessionStore/AgentStore/PairingStore interfaces with metadata ops
- Extract and persist channel metadata in gateway consumer
- Extend sessions.patch and add PATCH instances metadata HTTP endpoint
- Update frontend sessions page, detail page, and instances tab
- Delete legacy file-based internal/pairing/service.go
- Update docs references to reflect DB-backed pairing

- Remove standalone mode code: file-based stores, standalone gateway,
  heartbeat service, SQLite memory, standalone docker-compose
- Rename docker-compose.managed.yml → docker-compose.postgres.yml
- Clean up ~130 Go comments referencing "managed mode" qualifier
- Simplify docker-compose.yml env vars (providers/channels via web UI)
- Update .env.example to essential vars only (token + encryption key)
- Add setup wizard UI (provider → agent → channel bootstrap flow)
- Add logs.tail WebSocket handler for live log streaming
- Add cursor-pointer to interactive UI components
- Clean up config page (remove standalone-only sections)
- Update README and docs for managed-only architecture

Add new docs for agent teams (11) and extended thinking (12).
Major rewrite of channels/messaging (05) with Telegram forum topics,
Feishu streaming cards, Zalo Personal. Update providers (02), tools (03),
bootstrap/skills (07), security (09), architecture (00), scheduling (08),
and tracing (10) with current implementation details.
