Subject: [PATCH] Update balloon.json

This is the Pull Request I had foretold: https://github.com/is-a-dev/register/pull/791#issuecomment-844757786
I have published the source on a GitHub project so that the is-a.dev administrator can see it.
This makes `balloon.is-a.dev` more reliable.
