feat: Implement Thread-Pool Executor pattern (#3271)

- Add implementation of Thread-Pool Executor pattern using hotel front desk example
- Include unit tests
- Create detailed README with pattern explanation and examples
- Add Java source code with appropriate Javadoc comments
