Harshit28j aae2deb839 fix: remove redundant import and add test for startup failure

- Remove redundant `import sys` (already imported at module level)
- Add test_startup_fails_when_db_setup_fails verifying sys.exit(1)
  when PrismaManager.setup_database returns False

In total litellm runs 1000+ tests

[02/20/2025] Update:

To make it easier to contribute and map what behavior is tested,

we've started mapping the litellm directory in tests/test_litellm

This folder can only run mock tests.
