Resolved conflicts in pass_through_endpoints.py by:
- Accepting main's formatting and mypy fixes
- Preserving branch's method support feature
- Preserving branch's default_query_params feature

Combined changes include:
- Method filtering for passthrough endpoints
- Default query parameters support
- Updated route key format to include methods
- Code formatting improvements from main
- Fixed type annotations

In total litellm runs 1000+ tests

[02/20/2025] Update:

To make it easier to contribute and map what behavior is tested,

we've started mapping the litellm directory in tests/test_litellm

This folder can only run mock tests.
