yuneng-jiang e5245adae6 Support auto_redirect_ui_login_to_sso in config.yaml general_settings

Previously this setting was only honored via the AUTO_REDIRECT_UI_LOGIN_TO_SSO
environment variable. Now it can also be set in config.yaml under general_settings,
matching the pattern used by other proxy settings.

In total litellm runs 1000+ tests

[02/20/2025] Update:

To make it easier to contribute and map what behavior is tested,

we've started mapping the litellm directory in tests/test_litellm

This folder can only run mock tests.
