Moved lib/javadoc/java6/package-list to deps, because its not a runtime dependency.

build.xml was getting rather large, so its been split up into separate scripts. The scripts have also gained the ability to build certain dependencies, such as lombok.patcher which is being worked on in tandem with this project, automatically.

'deps' are defined as those things which are required to compile or develop lombok, but which aren't required when
actually running lombok.

For dependencies which need to be available at runtime, see the 'lib' directory.
