bf68957e25 chore: add CLAUDE.md and project memory for Claude Code 
Add CLAUDE.md with project guidance for adding new LLM providers.
Add .claude/memory/ with feedback rules:
- Preserve markdown quotes when editing
- Save memories in project directory
