(all 7 phases implemented, 41 tests green, deployed).
- Mark archived plan.md as SHIPPED with a header pointer to git log
and review reports.
- Drop the Solver line from development-roadmap.md (it shipped); add
a follow-up note about moving table init off the main thread.
Reports stay under plans/reports/ — they're recent and still useful.
