The previous 'actions@github.com' was a generic placeholder. Using the
canonical noreply form (id 41898282) ensures any commit attribution from
this workflow links to the github-actions bot profile.
Configure Firebase multi-site hosting so the redirect deploys to
meetee.web.app and tiennm.web.app alongside miti99.web.app, all
sharing the same public/ content under the miti99 project.
