静态网页发布流程，主要针对oss的操作
- 创建默认的oss配置，读写权限设置为公共读写
- 静态页面，默认首页和默认404页都设置为：index.html，子目录首页不开通
- 绑定域名，比如bird.godot.fun，绑定到godot-fun-bird.oss....，这个操作会自动将oss域名绑定到指定域名，并且会设置DNS地址
