fix: clean up tests directory structure
- Remove old test files that were moved to native/ subdirectories - Clean install-test.sh, install-test.ps1, uninstall-test.sh, uninstall-test.ps1, test-custom-claude-path.ps1 - Tests now properly organized: native/, npm/, shared/, unit/, integration/ - Maintains clean root test directory with only orchestrators and docs
