- Add metrics.js tracking webhooks, messages, cron, commands
- Add GET /metrics/:secret endpoint (text + JSON format)
- Remove HMAC verification (Statuspage doesn't support it)
- Extract validateSecret helper in index.js
- Integrate trackMetrics across webhook, queue, cron, bot handlers
