refactor: remove SendsWebhook interface

Simplified webhook channel implementation to match TelegramChannel pattern without typed interface.

Changes:
- Removed SendsWebhook interface file
- Removed interface from Team model
- Removed routeNotificationForWebhook() method
- WebhookChannel now uses untyped $notifiable like TelegramChannel
