Google Analytics 4 (GA4) replaced Google Universal Analytics (UA)
effective 1 July 2023.

Changes:

- Update tpl/tplimpl/embedded/templates/google_analytics.html
- Remove tpl/tplimpl/embedded/templates/google_analytics_async.html
- Remove extraneous config settings
