docs(aliases): add zclaude PowerShell function for Z.ai API

Browse Source 
Replace bash aliases with Windows PowerShell functions, adding
zclaude as the primary command for launching Claude via Z.ai
with GLM-5 model and custom API endpoint configuration.

1. Open your shell config:

If the file doesn't exist, create it first:

2. Add this line at the bottom:

2. Paste the function above at the bottom of the file and save.
3. Reload your profile:

3. Save the file and reload:

```
4. Test it - type `zclaude` in any PowerShell window.
